To finalize your unforgettable Himalayan adventure, we kindly ask for some important information: name, telephone number, any relevant health problems, and an emergency contact. Remember, we need to get this information right. By providing information, you are attesting that you are fit, both mentally and physically, to head on these adventures.
For you to secure a trip, a deposit or full payment is needed. Reservations can be paid through bank transfers or secure online payments, which we accept. After receiving payment, we’ll send confirmation via email.
In case trip plans change, we allow cancellations based on our cancellation policy.

All our routes offer a variety of trails, ranging from easy to demanding. Some routes require great endurance when climbing to high altitudes. If you are booking with us, any medical issues, surgeries, or other specific needs must be disclosed. For strenuous treks, we may ask for medical fitness certificates.
Be informed that we can withdraw your participation if we deem you unfit for the trek due to safety issues. In those cases, refund policies may not be applicable.
The breathtaking landscapes of the Himalayas most certainly come at a cost. There are various risks to consider, such as altitude sickness, harsh weather changes, and natural obstructions. Joining us means you are accepting these inevitable risks.
During your journey, which includes travel to and from your trekking location, accommodations, and side activities, Sherpa Discovery Treks and its team will not be liable for any personal injuries, accidents, property loss, or other unforeseen incidents.
Travelers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, evacuation, and lost baggage. We do not offer support for costs due to delays, cancellations, or medical emergencies.
Respect for travelers, local culture, and the environment is paramount. Adhere to the instructions given by the guide, as your safety and the well-being of the group rely on it. The group will be immediately removed from a disrespectful environment, culturally damaging actions, or environmentally damaging acts.
We aim to uplift your spirit using nature rather than substances. During the trek, the use of illegal drugs and excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. Offenders may be eliminated from the trip without a refund.
